Before I had Christ in my life, I considered myself to be lost with no direction. I partied and drank a lot, mostly to escape the pain I had. I had lots of emotional pain, and I looked to worldly things for peace instead of to God. I neglected my responsibilities and had no direction. 

Everything changed when I met my wife. She has a relationship with God and encouraged me to have one as well, so we started praying together often. I had never really prayed, but we started praying together every day at every meal. And I started to see Him answering my prayers and blessing me with the peace I had been seeking. 

God blesses me with the strength I need in my life, and I am grateful for Him — thankful that He sacrificed His only son Jesus Christ for our sins. My life is better after accepting Christ, and I want to share my testimony that He can help others, too, find peace in their lives. I want to do what is pleasing to Him and commit my life to Him and share the Good News and His word.
