張偉康長老簡介

張偉康長老生長在台灣，1984年來美國留學。在美讀書期間，1987年信主，並在田納西州的諾城華人教會受洗。2001年，因工作關係，偕同妻子宋元貞姐妹、兒子Patrick搬來亞特蘭大後即加入北堂，在教會忠心服事，先後擔任團契主席、輔導、總務執事、執事會主席等職務。後於2011年，在北堂被按立為長老，直至2018年底從牧長會卸任。偉康長老多年來，以愛心、謙卑、盡責的態度，忠心於教會的教導、管理、關懷、牧養，是眾人的榜樣。應牧長會、長執會的邀請，從今年開始，偉康長老回到牧長會，再次擔任在職長老。願神賜給他加倍的智慧、能力、和謙卑的心，也願教會弟兄姊妹們以順服、全心支持的心態來與偉康長老一起同工、服事教會。

Introduction of Elder Frank Chang

Elder Frank Chang grew up in Taiwan and came to the United States to study in 1984. He became a Christian in 1987 while in school and was baptized at the Knoxville Chinese Christian Church in Tennessee. In 2001, he moved to Atlanta with his wife, Amy Chang, and son, Patrick. He joined and has worshiped in the North Church since then. He has served faithfully in the church and successively served as fellowship chairman, counselor, general affairs deacon, and chairman of JBED. He was ordained as an elder in ACCCN in 2011, and he completed his two terms of active eldership in PEC at the end of 2018. Elder Frank has been devoted to biblical teaching, church management, caring and shepherding of the congregation with a humble and loving heart over the years. He sets a good example to everyone. At the invitation of PEC and JBED, Elder Frank is returning to the PEC to serve as an active elder again, starting from 2022. May God empower him with wisdom, strength and humility. It is my hope that the brothers and sisters in the church support Elder Frank in his service to the church and our Lord.
